They also have ongoing partnerships with partners in many European countries as well as in the USA and Australia. They are members of the Polish Acrobatic Rock'n'Roll Federation, the Lubusz Sports Federation, and the World Rock'n'Roll Federation (WRRC). On the organizational front, they have extensive experience - they have organized many international competitions, including World and European Championships, and in 2019, a competition with over 2000 participants. Every year, they organize workshops and sports meetings for children and youth. The opportunity to learn about the culture, customs, and methods of organizing activities from partners is a chance for them to expand their knowledge and skills. They want to develop and improve through joint meetings, workshops, and meetings with diverse participants and leaders. They want to learn from their partners perseverance in pursuing goals and dealing with encountered problems.

Finding the way forward together 🤲
One of our main activities was the Map of Roads to Solve Problems.

After our negotiation workshop, participants worked in groups, each receiving a real-life situation card. They had to brainstorm solutions and present their ideas to everyone — showing teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

    But we didn’t stop there!
We finished with an exciting negotiation role-play🎭, where four groups took on different roles in a story and had to negotiate their way to a win-win solution.

Incredible teamwork, great communication, and lots of learning in action!

All participants got mugs as a memorable present about the exchange and confirmation of gaining new skills 🏆

Celebrating the beauty of cultural exchange! 🇮🇪🇵🇱
    Part 1 💃🕺
Today Polish and Irish participants shared their traditions, music, food, and stories — creating friendships that go beyond borders.

The Polish group taught a traditional Polish dance, while the Irish group introduced everyone to Irish dancing.

A wonderful celebration of movement, culture, and connection!

    Culture swap — Level 2 unlocked! 🇮🇪🇵🇱
During the 2nd part of the day, our participants became filmmakers and language teachers!

They created amazing videos about Ireland and Poland☘️🥟 sharing differences and similarities 🌀

Teaching each other Polish and Irish — so many laughs and unforgettable moments!

Friendship, creativity, and new languages all in one!

Coming from different countries and backgrounds but still speaking a common language of fun 🤩

    Day 7
    Tackling tough questions together💪

After a small physical activity during our workshop on ethical dilemmas in sport, we explored what fair play, respect, and responsibility truly mean.

After the discussion, participants worked in groups on a fun but challenging activity: each group received a card with a different unethical situation and had to decide — and present — what the right action would be and why.

Incredible ideas, great teamwork, and important lessons shared and followed by a walk to Mallow Castle to explore local history 🏰

    Day 8
Final day we started with a Blindfolded Obstacle course. Trust, teamwork, and a few stumbles along the way! Blindfolded but unstoppable — building communication and cooperation one step at a time.

In the afternoon, we did our final activity - built bridges in teams to practice cooperation and communication.

As a sum up, we used Mentimeter to do our final Reflection session and a small quiz if our participants learned something new about each other and gained new skills.

From strangers to teammates, from teammates to friends. Together we built bridges, shared dreams, and created memories that will travel far beyond this exchange.
Participants made final poster with kind words to write to each other.

Here’s to everything we built — and everything still ahead 🥹😍🤩

All participants got the link to download their YouthPass Certificates and got Digital Certificates of Complition
At the very start of out activities, we created a Telegram group chat for better communication. We created funny stickers to make communication more fun.
We conducted short reflection sessions every evening online or in person in groups to track emotional wellbeing, learning progress, and group dynamics.
This group chat is still on, which helps our participants to stay in touch.
