On behalf of our partner from Ukraine, we asked the European Commission to change the date of our trip to Ukraine as part of the Sport For All project. The Ukrainian partner asked us to arrange an early arrival to Ukraine due to possible C19 restrictions. The European Commission has agreed to change the date. Meetings of coaches in Ukraine are scheduled for October 28 - 02/11/2021, and changed to October 21-26, 2021. The situation of Russia's aggression towards Ukraine turned out to be a great difficulty. Because the exchange in Slovakia took place on February 24, 2022, it was on the same day (February 24, 2022) that Russia's attack on Ukraine began. Our partners came to Slovakia, however, these were very difficult moments, because our partners from Ukraine were mourned during the implementation of the project activities.
Previous, all our activities related to the implementation of the project went according to plan. Our project assumed providing Acrobatic Rock 'n' Roll coaches with the possibility of raising qualifications and competences, as well as acquiring new skills through educational mobility in Poland, the Czech Republic, Ireland and Ukraine. Our project was even more widely disseminated because it was presented in Helsinki on March 12, 2022 at the congress of the members of the WRRC World Confederation. Members of the European federations also joined the project, asking us for a final educational program that would support the activities of coaches in their sports clubs. Indeed, our work during the project has greatly contributed to the development of many young and experienced trainers. Because the project was completely innovative, as no one had ever done such an action in our sport, the educational effects are very visible.

We systematized the teaching methodology in the sports classes of Acrobatic Rock 'n' Roll. It was a very interesting experience because different training schools came together. So training in Western, Central and Eastern Europe. We noticed the most differences in the pro-health elements, where for different people these values were more or less important. It was at this level that we did a very good job and the training of the trainers was focused on the happiness of the young person. It was also a big challenge for us to describe each exercise and enter it correctly in English. Colloquial names from gymnastics and sports movement were often mixed up with the correct nomenclature of exercises. We consulted the names with Bartłomiej Hes, Ph.D. in gymnastics, and sent the corrected names to our friend gymnastics club from Boston, US. English language education had a huge impact on all participants in the project.

Thanks to the project, we have enabled a development path in our sports discipline of coaches in every European country. Through our actions we reached the national federations and then the ministries responsible for implementing the program in primary schools. The lasting effect of our project is the created training program, a promotional film "Rock 'n' Roll Sport For All". National federations receive from us the entire educational program and the effect will be the start of new sports classes in interested schools from September 2023. Coaches working in accordance with our educational program.
1) Overall assessment of the achievement of objectives as compared with the planned objectives as described in annex 1
The achievement of the goals can be assessed very highly because, in addition to fully implemented activities, our project met with the interest of the entire sports community in the World Rock 'n' Roll Confederation WRRC. We received many questions and ideas for future activities related to the Acrobatic Rock 'n' Roll sports classes. It was precisely this goal that we cared about the most. So the multiplier effect of our activities may cause the development of a sports discipline that develops a young person so much.
The project in the future will provide coaches of sports organizations dealing with Acrobatic Rock 'n' Roll, the opportunity to raise their competences and qualifications. Because thanks to the educational program developed by our project, Acrobatic Rock'n'Roll coaches will be able to work in primary schools and sports clubs, this sustainable program, combining many elements of sports disciplines such as gymnastics, athletics, team games, sports dance, will have an impact for the comprehensive development of children. The aim of the project was to develop the trainers participating in the project. Our project activities influenced the knowledge of coaches, the perception of sport as an element of children's development, the development of the English language, and the increase in the competences of each coach.
An important effect of the implementation of the project's objectives was the exchange of trainers' experiences in order to learn and test the methodology of teaching in various countries, aimed at education in amateur and professional sports. We ensured a better understanding of the appropriate quality of sports education, creating mechanisms for further support and knowledge exchange between coaches, and improved the skills of specialists in the field of sports and acrobatic rock'n'roll. The end product is also the program written by the participants exchanges for the activities of sports classes in schools, which will further increase the number of rock'n'roll students around the world. Such a program will serve as a model for activities and the creation of sport classes in other sports. Information about the project was published on the official websites of the associations and on social networks.
A special promotional video from the entire project was created and made available to everyone interested in our project on the Internet.
Using the website of the World Acrobatic Rock n Roll Confederation (WRRC), the project is visible to the 36 WRRC countries. We published articles promoting our achievements thanks to participation in the Program in the local press.
The program of sports classes, written as part of the project, was sent to all WRRC members as a guide - a method for coaches, as well as a recommendation of activities aimed at systematically involving children and young people in practicing this discipline.

All project activities were divided into stages: project management, organizational work - preparation of on-line mobility, exchange activities, evaluation activities-dissemination.
In March 2020, we organized three online meetings on the ZOOM application - the first with a group from Ireland, the second with a group from Slovakia and the third with the Ukrainian group. On April 12, a joint meeting was held. Since then, systematically we organized meetings to discuss the details of the project. We wanted professional partners who are just like us they will be involved in the activities of the project, they will work and mobilize others to action. All our partners were like that.
We started with online meetings. These were preparatory meetings for the implementation of the main project tasks. We organized four online meetings between 01/02 and 01/08. In the planned activities of the trainer exchange, we will meet Poland, Ukraine and Slovakia. The conditions and costs of the project implementation were adequate to the activities. The activities were settled financially and substantively. We paid the invoices systematically and without delay and kept the documents booked.
The exchanges will be carried out on: Poland August 6-11, 2021, Ukraine October 21-26, 2021, Slovakia February 24-28, 2022. Six trainers with experience and five trainers of young volunteers participated in each country. Altogether eleven coaches from each country. In each of the countries, there was also a person coordinating the activities, i.e. the country leader and one person as main coordinator: 49 people in total. Our activities were divided into parts related to the preparation of an educational program for sports classes in 36 countries of the World Acrobatic Rock 'n' Roll Federation, including twenty-two European countries. In the first preparatory stage, we did research among all members of our federation. We described the organizational possibilities for the Ministries of Sport in each country, i.e. the conditions necessary for the creation of the Acrobatic Rock 'n' Roll sport classes. During the meeting of all members of the federation in Helsinki on March 12, 2022, representatives of unions described the organizational and legal situation in their countries. This was information on how sports classes work and what requirements are placed on an employee when working in sports classes.

We focused on psychomotor elements such as: passion for sport, developing health-care habits and, above all, having fun through sport. In addition, a promotional video was prepared showing how Acrobatic Rock 'n' Roll can affect the comprehensive development of a child. During the project, we exchanged experiences gained over the years in PL, SK, UKR and EI. These activities contributed to the joint development of the educational program. We have created a 'network' of trainers and strengthened international cooperation in this area.
We have adopted activities for the entire implementation period until the entire project is completed, which have been divided into three stages:
Stage I - preparation (consultations, accommodation booking, doc preparation)
Stage II - project activities (exchange)
Stage III - evaluation activities (introducing good practices, conclusions)

Each stage was monitored by reporting on the World Rock’n’Roll Confederation WRRC website. As the main project coordinator Bartłomiej Kobylański is the vice president of WRRC, we have the assurance that the visibility and control of the project will be monitored on an ongoing basis at www.education.wrrc.dance. In addition, the financial activities were audited by the accounting office of the applicant organization. The commitments established earlier by the coordinator and group leaders will be signed by decision makers in the organizations.
Group leaders signed contracts to ensure work and accountability. The contracts were also related to receiving financial remuneration for work in the implementation of the project. Although we have been cooperating with our partners for many years, we wanted such a document to protect the organizers against withdrawing from the provisions. One of the dangers was the situation with the C19 pandemic and the different rules of restrictions in a given country. In addition, as it turned out, during the implementation of the project, the war in Ukraine began, and this caused communication difficulties with the gdup from Ukraine after the actions in Slovakia. As a result, despite the problems, our partner from Ukraine performed all the activities planned in the project. During the exchange in Poland, our activities were based on the construction of a template for the educational program of sports classes. These activities were very active because we worked in the conference room and in groups we created a draft of the program. We also consulted all these exercises and performed them practically. Speaking of their usefulness and teaching methodology. Activities in Ukraine were the continuation of work and exchange activities in Poland and the completion of the description of the educational program for all three years in early childhood education. The activities in Slovakia were in the first part training workshops for trainers and in the next part a summary of the entire educational program along with the distribution of certificates to participants. To enrich the knowledge, during the exchange in Slovakia, workshops with a physiotherapist were also held, during which we worked on health-promoting aspects of working with children and youth.

The entire project, i.e. the exchange activities carried out so far in Poland, Ukraine and Slovakia, was presented at the congress of the members of the World Federation during the General Meeting in Finland in March 2022. All our activities were posted on websites in our countries as well as on the WRRC website https: //education.wrrc.dance/rocknroll-sport-for-all/
From April to June, we met three times in Poland, in Zielona Góra, to combine the entire educational program into video educational modules. It was this idea that was born during the workshops in Ukraine, where the young trainers gave us the idea to make it more attractive and facilitate access to our program, each of the elements should be recorded. Such video modules will be more accessible to people who want to start working with children in our sports discipline. To record these modules, we engaged group leaders and coaches coordinating the educational program of sports classes. Through activities, our project created a 'network' of coaches in this sport and strengthened international cooperation in this area. The World Federation's expansion commission WRRC asked us to have access to our educational materials so that they can be sent to countries outside of Europe, where our sport is just beginning to develop.

We can highly evaluate the results of the activities. Organizational, educational, promotional and financial and accounting activities were carried out. Through the systematic evaluation of activities, we had continuous control over our project. In addition, the project leaders were always available to be helpful and active. This gave us a high rating for the project. The activities were carried out on time and place. Number of students and participants as planned. Financing, fees and settlement of the project were controlled and timely. In difficult moments, such as the pandemic Covid or the war in Ukraine, we were forced to be flexible in our actions, but we implemented everything according to the plan. The project activities were summarized in Slovakia and the results were further disseminated during the World Federation members' inn on March 12, 2022 in Helsinki. In addition to the intended activities, we made educational video modules based on the program of sports classes. This action additionally enriched our project.
